THE WET AND COLD

What do I do when it's wet outside? I pray that no one takes me out, but they do!

I don't understand why it gets wet when we walk outside. I mean... I get washed and the wet stops--that's gooood. But when it's all wet and cold outside, it doesn't stop and I HATE IT!
